4th of July

It certainly didn’t feel like the 4^th of July here today! I’m starting to settle into a routine, so today wasn’t particularly eventful. Up early, breakfast by the road, and classes at school. Bu’s husband picked up some durian and rambuchan, which we ate once we got back from school. I didn’t think that the durian smelled too bad, but I didn’t enjoy the taste that much so I don’t think I will go out of my way for durian again. Besides durian, I have really been enjoying all the other Thai fruits that I have tried. We also had another storm today in the afternoon/evening with another extreme downpour. Also, they have metal roofs, with no insulation, so it is extremely loud when it is raining hard!
